DaubertAnalyzer ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app, you agree to the practices described here.
Account information: your name and email address, provided when you create an account or are invited to the app.
Usage data: records of the instruments you search, compare, save, and listen to, used to improve the catalog and to enforce fair-use limits. This data is tied to your account and is not sold to third parties.
Subscription data: if you subscribe, we store your Stripe customer identifier and subscription status to manage access. We do not store full card numbers — payment details are handled by Stripe.
Feedback & requests: any instrument feedback or requests you submit, along with your email so we can follow up.
We process your data on the basis of contract performance (providing the app), legitimate interests (improving the service), and consent (optional analytics). You may withdraw analytics consent at any time from the consent banner or in Settings.
We use Stripe to process payments and may use infrastructure providers for hosting and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services. We do not sell your personal data.
You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data. Use Export my data and Delete Account in Settings, or contact us below. We retain usage data only as long as your account is active.
This app is intended for legal and mental-health professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
